I was very interested, but not really surprised to read the report on the REC survey concerning the downturn within the recruitment industry and its apparent causes.
NDF associates are a specialist consultancy whose business is to verify and validate the content of CVs and application forms of employees and job applicants on behalf of their employers.
We have seen many examples of the unsuitable individuals who have been offered to employers by recruiters.These range from the unqualified to the downright dishonest.Needless to say their CVs made impressive reading.
Happliy, amongst our clients are some recruitment agencies who appear to be attempting to restore the trust that the REC survey suggests is being lost.
As a result of using our services they know that the candidates they place are who and what they claim to be and that the employer is being told the truth.
This factor alone has enabled two of our agency clients to increase their credibilty to an extent that they are now able to access markets previously unavailable to them because of the mistrust the employers had of recruitment agencies.
As an added bonus they are also able to charge on our services to their clients at a profit.
A win win situation, which can’t be bad.
