Reed Health Group Launches Interactive Financial Management Information System

Reed Health Group, the provider of staffing services in the Health, Social Care and Education sectors in the UK, has today launched RHG Interactive (RHGi), a financial management information system, which is expected to revolutionise the way the Company works with its clients. This technology platform has been designed to provide Reed Health Groupís clients with the ability to maximise efficiency, reduce costs and streamline their staffing agency invoice processes.

In response to clients concerns over costs, in terms of time and money, Reed Health Group conducted extensive research into the issues behind the management of high volumes of agency staffing invoices. Following an investment of 3 million, the Company has been able to create one of the most technically advanced financial management information systems in the market place.

RHGi operates through a dedicated online portal, providing 24 hours access and offers a solution that has automated the complete agency invoice process. The key functionalities include:

Online Authorisation
Invoices and timesheets are approved online and the related remittance advice is generated automatically. This removes the ípaper from the invoicing processí

Aged Debt
Current status can be viewed by organisation, individual department, cost centres or specific candidate

Transactions
Access to all historical transactions and their associated invoices and timesheets

Accounting Queries
Copies of invoices, timesheets and credits notes can be printed directly from the RHGi website

Real-time Reporting
Analyse spend by organisation, individual department, cost centres or create bespoke reports and download the data in to Excel

Communication
Queries are dealt with promptly through a dedicated communication facility

All information is secure and multiple levels of security or authorisation can be provided within any organisation.
