A company as well established as this could hardly be called anything other than Bricks & Mortar, but the basis of the new Freecruitment service is certainly new world pure play. Claiming to be completely free, the system will even allow rival recruitment agencies...to advertise vacancies at no cost. In an unusual move, rather than setting the service up under independent branding, with itís own URL, Freecruitment has been incorporated into the reed.co.uk site which has been in existence for around 5 years.
