Following a period of client discussion and feedback, this development of RecruiterSiftware, which has proven to deliver a simple, automated and cost effective recruitment solution, was a natural progression.  The multi-job platform now allows recruiters to manage all their vacancies within one account, have multiple users viewing vacancies; providing for easy holiday and meeting cover and the ability to own-brand the candidate experience.

RecruiterSiftware successfully rolled out its innovative web based, assessment and screening platform in early 2011.  Built on Web 2.0 technology it is delivered on-line to help the recruiter identify the most suitable candidates for the job role, allowing them to focus on the best few, while treating all others as valued customers by providing personal feedback.

The standard application process uses assessments to compare each applicant against a benchmark of high performing employees in the specified job role.  The process has been honed over more than 10 years using the responses of over a million candidates and feedback from some of the worlds’ leading brands.  All assessments are SCORM compliant and meet the requirements of regulatory bodies such as the BPS.

RecruiterSiftware is charged on a ‘per-vacancy’ basis irrespective of the number of candidates, which means which means the cost is known from the outset.
