Irish e-crutier recruitireland.com has published the results of its survey into e-cruitment. The survey shows that the most important characteristics and features on a recruitment website were comprehensive job listings (99%), efficient job search engine (98%) and some form of personal contact ñ to get acknowledgement from a jobsite that their CV has reached its destination (91%). Additional features such as the ability to store/update you CV (89%) and being alerted to relevant jobs by email (83%) are also considered important. Attractive design was further down the list at 64%.
