The recruitment software package from First Choice Software Limited has been upgraded to boost its flexibility and versatility. One of the key enhancements is a sophisticated new feature which introduces a ëDocument Handlingí facility designed to save clientsí valuable time by providing automatically produced documents from templates constructed to recreate documents regularly used by recruitment companies.

For example, a clientís management team can put in place templates for reference requests, letters to candidates confirming starting date and salary and contracts for clients and temp staff. In addition to eliminating time normally spent in manually creating each document anew, the system ensures that all company documentation is accurate in content and consistent in design.

Also, clients are able to group their documents so that correct sets of documents are always produced relating to temporary, permanent or contract placements. Almost any Windows-based application can be used to produce attractive and comprehensive documentation.
