PSL, the UK online psychometric test developer and provider, has announced this week public and private sector client savings of 11.4 million since its introduction of online test facilities in 1999.
PSL, incorporating QWIZ products and services, is the brainchild of Richard Alberg, who, in 1990, set up the company with the primary objective of creating psychometric tests that combine psychometric rigour with user-friendliness. This was achieved with the launch of PSLís first test questionnaire, the RPQ, which is now the most widely-used five-factor questionnaire in the UK.
Since that time, PSL has developed cutting edge online technology to deliver tests and questionnaires in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The latest system is a plug-in assessment module that has been designed to integrate with any online ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) and supports the very latest and most sophisticated psychometric assessments (e.g. the Infinity SeriesTM item banked numerical and parallel form verbal reasoning tests and the Dynamic Personality Sift (DPS) user defined personality questionnaire).
