Pinstripe Outlines Best Practices for Talent Management at The HCI 'Quality of Hire' Innovation Tour

Joining Forces with Eastman Kodak and PathPoint Consulting; Experts Explore Quality of Hires for Financial Advantage

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator advancing the science of strategic talent management, along with Pinstripe, a rapidly-growing recruitment outsourcing company, announced that they are co-sponsoring an innovation tour focused on quality hiring and how human capital measurement principles can be used effectively in talent acquisition.

HCIís Innovation Tour, Quality of Hire ñ The Illusive Business Metric, will bring together expert presenters from Pinstripe, PathPoint Consulting and Eastman Kodak to discuss how quality hires can support organizational goals and in turn, improve bottom-line results. The event will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the St. Louis Marriott West.

The breakfast event will feature presentations by and discussions between industry leaders including Van Latham, an industrial and organizational psychologist and practice leader for Pathpoint Consulting; Elizabeth Petro, director, talent acquisition & strategy developmentñGlobal Shared Services for Eastman Kodak; Sue Marks, CEO of Pinstripe; and Jeff Struve, senior vice president of Pinstripe. Attendees will also get an up-close look at how Eastman Kodak is evolving one of the worldís great global consumer brands into one of the worldís great global employment brands.
