This training initiative will deliver up to 50 days training per head per year with much of this being tailored entirely to an individual’s specific requirements and available at the touch of a button.

This six month programme to identify and equip Penta leaders of the future with the best possible skills is already delivering tangible outcomes relating directly to Penta’s profitability.
