Penna Plc – the global people management business – is hosting its latest Careers Week, between the 9-13th November 2015, aimed at supporting businesses with employee career development needs. This comprehensive programme will build upon the successful launch of the Careers Week initiative earlier this year.

The event will consist of online webinars, discussion groups and Q&As designed specifically to highlight the effective role career development can play in addressing many of the current issues facing business leaders and senior HR professionals. Its primary focus will be to cover the different career stages of an employee, highlighting employee expectations and what this means for organisations looking to attract, engage, develop and retain employees in a multi-generational workplace.
