Oriel Support has promoted Jill Stanton to business development/risk administrator supporting Oriel Supportís business development division and risk team

Cheltenham-based Oriel Support has promoted Jill Stanton to business development/risk administrator supporting Oriel Supportís business development division and risk team. The move underpins a determined drive to match its 145% growth rate in 2005.

Oriel Support offers a complete range of outsourced back office services specialising in the recruitment industry. As experts in advising start-up businesses, its team of qualified professionals delivers a level of expertise unmatched by any other provider in the UK.

Reporting to Divisional Manager of Oriel Support Su Copley, Jill will be the main point of contact for all new clients ñ answering queries, guiding them in the early stages of the business partnership as well as conducting credit checks. It is a front line role, which will uphold the quality of customer service for which Oriel Support is renowned.

Jill joined Oriel HoldingsBusiness, the parent company, seven months ago as a receptionist. When she became aware of the opportunity within the expanding business development/risk team, she felt it would be a positive step in her career progression.

Jill explains, ìThis is a great opportunity for me. I enjoy working with the new clients, making sure they are comfortable with the process and are getting the most out of our service. I really want to contribute to Orielís business objectives and help the team focus on customer service levels. By streamlining the administration I believe I can help them in expanding our client base and meeting our targets in 2006.î

Su comments: ìRecruiting quality staff is the basis of our success. Since she started at Oriel, Jill impressed us with her people skills, so it was a logical step to promote her to this role which is heavily customer focussed. Our aim is to surpass last yearís objectives ñ and Iím sure Jill will be a great asset to the sales team in taking on that challenge.î

Previously, Jill was a receptionist at George Bence and Sons for four years. A resident of Cheltenham, Jill is an avid reader and enjoys horseback riding and travelling in her spare time.
