Oriel Appoints Operations Manager

Oriel, the expert providers of outsourced financial and business services, has appointed Jennifer Bruce to take the pivotal position as operations manager.

The business has undergone a major strategic review and launched a new brand identity, and Jenniferís main responsibility will be to update and initiate policies and strategies to ensure Oriel continues to deliver a high level of customer service.

Before joining Oriel, Jennifer worked for Bibby Financial Services as general manager and Cattles Invoice Finance as credit risk and recoveries manager. In these roles, Jennifer was responsible for creating and implementing both companyís key process controls, including the successful introduction of a coherent and structured training manual.

Of her new role at Oriel, Jennifer says: ìI have been very impressed with Orielís focus on providing excellent client service, as well as the flexible approach taken to each individual customerís requirements. I am delighted to be a part of this, and look forward to playing my part to ensure the operations side of the business run as efficiently as possible.î
