Janetís main responsibility will be to create and implement HR policies and strategies within the company. She also intends to help improve the lines of communication between all of the different departments.
Before joining Oriel, Janet spent 14 years as the HR Manager of Travelscope, where she established a very successful HR department capable of handling the rapid expansion of the company from 30 to 235 employees.
