Online recruitment platform Hiring-Hub.com has made a strong start since launching earlier this year as internet-savvy businesses throughout the UK recognise the benefit of a website that puts them in complete control of their recruitment process, and, perhaps more importantly, their recruitment budget.
The intermediary website, which is based in Manchester, said revenue for the first quarter of 2011 was well ahead of pre-launch forecasts, while the number of registered users has increased by over 100% each month since it went live in February. This momentum has spurred Hiring-Hub.com into a recruitment drive of its own; it is currently hiring Business Development and Account Managers, and looking for an experienced Sales Director to join its Board.
Activity on the firm’s online recruitment marketplace, which connects businesses to a nationwide network of specialist recruitment agencies who agree to fill roles for a fee that the employer sets, saw steady growth following an intensive period of Beta testing. Meanwhile Hiring-Hub.com’s job board advertising sales saw the strongest increase, with revenue boosted by demand from a number of key clients who were quick to embrace the flat fee, multi-distribution model.
