Ochre House has announced the appointment of Louise Davies as Director of HR Resourcing with responsibility for developing a dedicated HR Interim business. The appointment is a key part of Ochre Houseís growth plans which aim to transition the business from a pure RPO provider to a full Talent Management Consultancy covering all aspects of talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention.
Findings from Ochre Houseís HR Directorsí survey 2008 confirm that one of the primary barriers to HR playing a more strategic role within the business is the lack of appropriately skilled and experienced resources. The HR Resourcing division aims to provide HR functions with a flexible, expert Interim resource to support significant strategic change and transformation.
Louise joins Ochre House from Serco where she was responsible for founding and growing the companyís Interim service. She comes with 23 yearsí experience in the resourcing industry with expertise in both public and private sectors.
