Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS), the organisation committed to preventing and resolving employment disputes, has awarded Northgate HR a 5 year contract to provide a fully integrated HR and payroll solution for its 900 employees across the UK.
The ResourceLink solution will replace separate HR and payroll systems, and will include training and recruitment modules - functions which had previously relied on complex spreadsheets for employee records.
Northgate HR was chosen over five other short listed vendors owing to ResourceLinkís well-established reputation in Central Government, and its ability to handle complex back pay calculations and comply with government T&Cís without requiring extensive bespoke work.
Managers and employees across 8 locations will have access via the web to update their personal details, log sickness, and record holidays.
