The New York Times and DiversityInc Media LLC today announced an agreement that will allow advertisers in The New York Times Job Market, a leading print and online recruitment destination, to extend their recruitment listings to include DiversityInc Career Center, a leading online destination for diversity-minded employers and job seekers. The agreement will allow advertisers to reach a more diverse pool of job candidates with one convenient and efficient ad buy.
ìThis association with DiversityInc Media is great news for Job Market advertisers who can now efficiently target their job postings to reach a more diverse pool of job candidates and enjoy more control over the use of their recruitment dollars,î said Jyll Holzman, senior vice president of advertising at The New York Times.
ìJob Market and DiversityInc reach highly-educated, engaged audiences and this agreement is an effective way to increase a companyís outreach to diverse, high-quality job candidates,î said Luke Visconti, partner and cofounder of DiversityInc. ìWe are proud to be working with The New York Times, which is an enlightened employer itself, and Job Market, which is aggressive in matching top quality people to the best jobs available in an efficient way.î
