New online copywriting course enables recruiters to communicate effectively online

Enhance Media has launched a new workshop that focuses on helping recruitment professionals improve the quality of their online recruitment copywriting skills

Enhance Media, the online recruitment communications consultancy, has launched a new workshop that focuses on helping recruitment professionals improve the quality of their online recruitment copywriting skills.

The intensive half-day course will enable delegates to write effective copy for online recruitment advertisements. It examines all the key issues influencing online recruitment from the applicantsí perspective, explores the techniques for producing effective copy, and shows how competitive advantage in attracting the best candidates can be gained and maintained through copywriting. Delegates will learn essential techniques and new skills that will help them craft better advertisements and attract responses from the right candidates.

Many organisations are guilty of simply using press ads on the internet or posting job descriptions online. Research shows that job seekers look for jobs online differently to how they read ads in newspapers or trade magazines and understanding this can help deliver the best online copy.

Alastair Cartwright, Commercial Director of Enhance Media commented, ìOur generic ëHow to use the internet as a successful recruitment toolí course has been running successfully now for over four years. Online copywriting has always been a key element of the course, but we have had a number of requests to dedicate a course specifically to online copywriting. It has becoming an important part of the overall online recruitment process and is a skill that few companies implement effectively. We have conducted a lot of research into this subject and have developed a course that will appeal to employers, recruitment consultancies and online media owners.

The course takes place in central London on Thursday 20th October, to book your place or for more information contact Alastair directly on 020 7801 6266 or visit:
