Accor Services has appointed Derrick Hardman as Managing Director of Capital Incentives & Motivation, its arm for Reward & Loyalty Business in the UK, acquired in 2004.
Derrick has worked for Accor Services Benefits Division in the UK since 2001, first as Sales Director and subsequently as Sales & Marketing Director where he contributed to growing this business to over 180m business volume.
In his new role Hardmanís priorities will be to continue the growth and innovation that has seen Capital Incentivesí business grow substantially over the last 5 years and to mirror the success experienced by the Benefits Division, particularly within the Childcare Voucher marketplace.
Derrick Hardman takes over from former Managing Director Graham Povey, who has led the company for 23 years and has established Capital Incentives as a leading provider of incentive and motivation solutions in the B2B market .
