Smart Group Recruitment Solutions is delighted to announce the new appointment of Simon Thomas to the position of Principal Divisional Manager following Smart Recruitmentís continued expansion.

The role has been newly created for Simon, who is no stranger to Smart Recruitment, having previously worked with the pioneering recruitment agency.

Simon comments, ìMy new role within the organisation is a strategic and operational one as opposed to a sales role. I am working alongside existing divisional managers to aid the operations of the fledging divisions such as the Driving division. I will be also concentrating my efforts on the Construction division initially. Essentially I am here to ensure a healthy start to new business areas ensuring firm foundations for sustained future growth. As the company explores new activity I will be on hand to bed them in and create new opportunities for the benefit of Smart Recruitment long term.î
