Free Shipping on The Knack of Managing and Supervising

Video maker Shaun Pearce today announced his latest video training product, The Knack of Managing and SupervisingT, which enables new and would be managers and supervisors to train at their own pace, will include free shipping. This product details the key steps that need to be taken to successfully accomplish any job of managing and supervising in simple and easy to understand language. It contains eleven (11) interactive videos and a printed workbook manual. In addition, the product currently contains a bonus video and workbook on employee motivation, and three audio interviews on team working, recruitment, and customer relationship management.

The videos in The Knack of Managing and Supervising are in convenient *.wmv format, and will play on any Windows computer.

The project is based on tried and tested principles developed many years ago by acclaimed experts Herbert Watson and Lewis K. Urquhart.

As a professional training video producer and director, Shaun has worked with many companies over the years. It's been a fascinating insight into how different businesses work says Shaun.

I'm a keen observer of human nature, and one thing that has struck me over the years is how similar different types of businesses really are -- especially the way good managers and supervisors approach their job. You can tell right away if the management is 'right'. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in through the door is one thing -- what people tell you after you've been in their company is another. Some managers and supervisors have 'the knack', and others don't. When you break it down, you find that the best bosses follow five simple principles when they approach their jobs -- sometimes without realising they're even doing it!

Rather than adopt a structured, lesson-based approach, the video package is arranged so that students can work at their own pace and explore the elements of managing and supervising they want to know about. Those who are new to managing can use it as a step-by-step course, while those with more experience can treat it as a reference resource says Shaun. All the videos are fully interactive and can be stopped, started, and accessed in a non-linear fashion. The product is also designed to help trainers and HR executives incorporate The Knack of Managing and Supervising into their training regime.

As January is the time of year when many people resolve to take on new skills, and companies plan the year ahead, I've decided to make things easier for customers by running a special January Sale offer for a limited time only. Says Shaun.
