Maidenhead-based Bamboo Resourcing has confirmed the appointment of Sonia Nangla to the position of Managing Consultant. Charged with consolidating Bambooís track record of consistently positive growth, Nangla will also take responsibility for the HR specialistís expansion into new areas, including the management of a forthcoming Executive service.
Bambooís current rapid growth rate has been driven by a surge in new clients and a consistently wide selection of high quality candidates. Nanglaís appointment is designed to build on this, while also driving the company into new territory. Bringing with her a decade of experience in the London recruitment industry, Nanglaís extensive expertise and specialism in recruitment legislation looks set to consolidate Bambooís position as a leading authority on employment issues.

The new Executive service has been developed to run alongside Bambooís existing Recruitment and HR services, but will cater exclusively for Sales, Marketing and Finance positions with salaries beginning at between 30K - 60K. Continuing Bambooís dedicated account management style, each client will be assigned an experienced consultant who will work with them to source and select the candidate best suited to their precise business objectives.
