Through consultations with several key clients, networx have developed their award winning technology to create the first recruitment management system designed specifically to meet the needs of housing associations.

This unique solution supports and promotes equal opportunity throughout the recruitment and selection process whilst introducing key functionality such as online application forms, online panel sifting and scoring capability, equal opportunities monitoring, candidate communication templates and vacancy reporting.

Improving the process from start to finish, companies can centralise applications through their own website (whilst adhering to diversity requirements), manage candidates in a more efficient manner and deliver a first class candidate experience to each and every applicant effortlessly.

Removing the need to download, print, email or post applications, client application forms are replicated online using the latest technology. Whilst providing candidates with an extremely simple means of applying, the forms ensure key information is collated in a uniformed manner to assist client selection decisions.

To facilitate panel sifting, the system automatically removes contact information before allowing selected panel members to view candidate details and score applications online against a predetermined selection criteria and the essential and desirableís matrix.

Allowing associations to work within the comforts of their existing practises and ease the transition towards a complete online process, the technology offers a high level of flexibility to combine both on and offline selection procedures. For example the system will enable applications to be printed in bulk for use at panel sift meetings if preferred.

Upon completion of the process, vacancy reporting tools provide immediate access to required and essential information. Whilst diversity of applications can be identified through equal opportunity monitoring forms used during the application process, the efficiency of chosen methods and the success of application through to placement can be quickly obtained through vacancy reports.

The system is due to be launched at the HR in Housing Exhibition during the 12th – 13th May 2009 at Mecure St Pauls Hotel, Sheffield.
