MyLongLunch launches another first, MyWorkingLunch

MyLongLunch launches another first, MyWorkingLunch. A brand new concept in agency / media communications. In essence, MyLongLunch will take 20 media companies and 20 key agency decision makers and put them in a controlled, relaxed and sociable environment where each media representative will get a chance to spend time with each agency contact.

We asked Jamie Leonard, Managing Director, where the idea came from. ìMyWorkingLunch is a brand extension of MyLongLunch. We wanted to do something live, interactive and something that would benefit everyone. One of the guys in the office had been to a speed dating night over the weekend and after some lively banter, it just hit us, why not use that format for our business?î

Jamie explained ìEvery session will be themed to prevent people hearing information they have already heard. Our first session is focussed on Innovation and the second on Diversity, both hot topic for recruitment advertising at the moment. Each session will be kicked off by a guest speaker, with the first event on April 24th helmed by Alex Hens, Head of Digital for ThirtyThree, a pioneer of online recruitment. Food and drink will be provided and afterwards there will be a few hours to mingle and find out more from people.î
