myStaffingPro Adds RSS Feed, Enabling Applicants to View Client Recruiting Activities

myStaffingPro adds RSS to client search screens to increase applicant attraction

myStaffingPro has enhanced the job applicant experience with feed subscriptions to the candidate search results. The RSS feed enables applicants to keep track of the clientís recruiting activity without manually visiting their company website.

ìThe use of this feature will take the job search burden off of the applicant and will allow clients to immediately deliver their job openings to them,î said Lisa Herron, Implementation Director at HR Services, Inc. ìThe RSS feed technology is apart of our continuous effort to better the clientís recruiting reach while enhancing the applicant experience.î

Applicants can sign-up for the feed by selecting one of the subscription icons on the clientís search results screen. When the client posts a new position, the feed will pick up the addition and display the job description to the applicant. If the applicant is interested in the position, they can simply select the position title to access the ìapply nowî button. The easy-to-use subscription increases the applicantís awareness of newly opened positions and provides a straightforward method for applying.

The feed subscription is expected to increase applicantsí interest because they can review a clientís job openings at their leisure without supplying any contact information. If the applicant decides to cease their job search they can simply unsubscribe and be removed from the feed.

The RSS enhancement is free to any applicant or standard client of myStaffingPro.
