myStaffingPro’s Usability Expert Jennifer Brogee to Present at HRSouthwest

myStaffingPro CIO to present how to create a positive applicant experience at regional SHRM conference

myStaffingPro, an award winning applicant tracking and recruiting system, today announced that CIO Jennifer Brogee will speak at the HRSouthwest Conference. 

The conference will take place at the Fort Worth Convention Center from October 14-17, 2012.  Brogee will present on Tuesday October 16, 2012 during the Interviewing and Applicant Management session at 10:15am.  During the session, Brogee will  draw from her 14 years of experience in the applicant tracking industry to provide an informational session on the applicant experience.  Brogee is a Certified Usability Analyst, one of 3978 worldwide, and the only analyst leading the development team for an applicant tracking system. 

“For any company, creating a positive job application process can improve the company’s employment brand and the bottom line.  In addition, our customer research has proven that a two-tiered application process increases completion rates by more than 20 percent.  The goal of my presentation is to share our candidate experience techniques and help other human resources professionals achieve optimal recruiting results,” said Brogee.

The presentation, entitled “How to Create a Positive Applicant Experience”, will educate the HR community about the importance of the applicant experience during the hiring process.  Attendees will take away13 tips to achieve a positive applicant experience before, during, and after the application process.  Brogee will showcase career site examples to illustrate her tips.
