Job Description
Here you need to clearly explain to your potential applicants what the job involves. Outline day to day tasks, who they’ll be working with, reporting to and what they’ll be responsible for. Candidates are looking for jobs that sound interesting, challenging and rewarding. Highlight if there are opportunities for promotion or travel within the company.
What are the perks of the job? Are the hours flexible? Don’t forget the salary details as applicants may decide whether or not they are suitable for the role based on the wage. You want to quickly capture the reader’s attention and hold their interest, don’t over explain the role or use complex language.
Who You’re Looking For
The idea of this is to filter out the unsuitable candidates as you’ll be ultimately saving yourself a lot of time and money. Give a clear, strong outline on the education and experience expected. Think about what skills the position requires.
What do you expect from the candidate? Do you want someone who is highly motivated with excellent communication skills?
