With over 20 years training and HR experience in the catering and hotels industry, Beth will bring a very service orientated approach to support the further growth of the company.
Beth has vast experience in strategic change management and employee relations, and has joined MWB Business Exchange to further establish it as an employer of choice in the service industry. She will be responsible for implementing a more holistic people development programme, including leadership and succession planning, in addition to increased focus on benefits, rewards and performance management.

Beth was formerly Group HR Manager at City Inn, responsible for the entire HR function and prior to this held the role of HR Director, Cumberland Hotel, at Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts, responsible for developing a new corporate culture to aid recruitment. She also spent six years as Group Training Manager at The Savoy Group, where areas of focus included employee relations and change management.
Aarons is also Chairman of the Hotel Employers Group (HEG) and Chairman of The St Julian Scholars, the alumni for graduates of the Worshipful Company of Inn Holders/Savoy Educational Trust Scholarships.
