In the last 6 months alone, no less than 45 new enterprise customers have adopted MrTedTalentLinkô as their Talent Management solution of choice.

In Europe, MrTed strengthened its leadership on high-end Talent Management Solutions across all countries with the addition of 22 new European customers in the last 6 months including companies such as Allen and Overy, AON, Axfood, BMW, Danfoss, Deutsche Apotheker Bank, Eurilogic, Gothaer, Jeronimo Martins, Kraft Foods, Orange, Pages Jaunes, PKN Orlen, Tom Tom, RWE Npower, SGS and TNT Worldwide .
Reflecting on the companyís market position, Monster selected MrTed as an exclusive Premier Alliance partner for Europe. This high-profile alliance has now been rolled out across all European countries where the two companies started joint-selling integrated solutions.
At Monster we take pride in our international reach and working with MrTedís global talent management solution available in 25 languages with local consultant and support teams re-emphasizes this. This was a key reason in our decision to work with MrTed in this significant European Alliance commented Martin Ericksson, European Solutions Director at Monster.
MrTed also continued to penetrate the high-growth HRO/RPO segment with the addition of 11 new RPO partners including Crystal RPO, Lorien Resourcing, TAL-OS, Talent2 and TMP Worldwide.
Sales were equally strong across Asia Pacific with new client deployments in Australia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand and, of course, China where MrTed has been the first provider of Talent Management solutions to obtain a full business license. In the last 6 months, MrTed signed up 12 new customers in Asia Pacific including Lenovo , Japan Tobacco, Johnson and Johnson, Jones Lang LaSalle, Sony, Standard Chartered Bank and Volkswagen.
While expanding at this fast pace, MrTed continued to focus on offering service excellence to its existing customer base that spans 120 companies and 60,000 users across all continents. Renewal rate in 2006 was 99.2% in number of customers and 128% in value driven by increased adoption of MrTedís solutions and further geographical deployments.
One of the prominent reasons behind MrTedís high growth this year was the fact that the market for global solutions is now beginning to reach a certain maturity threshold. As predicted, many worldwide deployments of one-size-fit-all solutions have proven to be failures on local grounds and corporate decision makers have started to realize that Talent Management issues call for locally adapted solutions.
To be effective, a global solution must match local requirements in each country. Otherwise, what you get is a very expensive global career website that actually doesnít help your recruiters acquire top talent on their home markets says Raymond Van Der Wal, Global Head of Delivery at MrTed.

On the MandA front, MrTed confirmed the successful integration of refline AG , German leading provider of e-recruitment solutions which it acquired in March 2006.
