Select Appointments, a leading national staffing services company, has awarded five brand new BMW Minis to five employees in the finale of their Mini Gems scheme.
The Mini Gems Scheme was launched in January 2004 at the Company's annual conference and is part of Select's reward and recognition programme. The mini is rewarded to those team members who achieve defined targets within a three year period. In essence, a mini is earned for Going the Extra Mile (GEM) in finding candidates work. Hence the mini-gem.
Nick Wastell, Franchise Partner Cambridge, Chelmsford and Norwich; Marcelle Wiseman, Business Director, Ilford; Dawn Rae, Senior Temporaries Consultant, Ilford; Claire Merrilees, Senior Temporaries Consultant, Staines and Kim Bloyce, Invoicing Supervisor, Head Office were the well deserved recipients. They were presented with their Mini's at a special lunch hosted by Diane Martyn, Rod Jackson and Andy Moss of the Select Appointments' Board Directors at Paris House in Woburn last month.
Diane Martyn, CEO, Select Appointments said I am absolutely delighted that we are rewarding five employees in the finale of our Mini Gem Scheme. It is a true reflection of everyone's achievement, commitment and passion to our business and shows that we are dedicated to finding jobs for people and people for jobs. Since the launch of the scheme I am thrilled to have awarded 17 new mini's to employees throughout the country.
