If you’re reading this, you may be thinking about integrating Mid-Office with Voyager Infinity CRM. But what about the training you will receive? How does it work?
We asked Matt Nardi, Lead Infinity and Mid-Office Trainer, to give us an overview of the process:
Matt: Well, it actually starts when you indicate your interest in having Mid-Office. Right at the beginning of the project, I will call you to establish whether you are in a position to move forward with the project.
I will ask questions such as ‘would you like Mid-Office to run commissions for you?’, ‘will you be using Timesheet Portal?’. I do this right at the beginning as everyone involved will need time to ensure you are correctly set up prior to training.
Around two weeks before training is scheduled to go ahead, I will call you again and take essential details which are then fed into the Admin side of Mid-Office, so your system is bespoke and ready for your needs.
I then deliver the training which is typically on your system, therefore using your data. It’s typically a day of training which can either be online, in our Basingstoke office or your own office. I will talk you through how each of the relevant areas of Mid-Office can be used to meet your requirements. Not all areas are covered, only those deemed relevant based on our phone calls prior to training.
I encourage interaction during the session so you will often take control as your trainer guides you to the correct areas. We can also discuss processes and any other aspects that were not raised during the early phone calls. I will also ensure that you (and your team) are confident in using the system before the training session ends.
The training is not designed around the sector you represent, it is very much dependent upon how you process payroll and billing. On top of that, very few of our customers are the same! For instance, some may want to use Timesheet Portal, some may not. Some may outsource their payroll, some may not. Our training is entirely customer-led, not sector-led, so the sessions are bespoke and customised according to your exact needs. If we can’t meet all of your needs, we will discuss internally how to arrive at a solution for you.
What do clients love the most about Mid-Office?
Simply put, the time it saves to process everything. We’ve had customers state it normally takes a few days to carry out their processes – but with Mid-Office, it can only take a few hours.
Some of our customers graduate from Excel spreadsheets that can become rather complex, so having Mid-Office allows them to have a more relaxing experience, with data displayed more easily and readily accessible for other users.
