Prior to joining Buck, McFadden served as Senior Vice President of Operations for The Pinnacle Companies, a real estate development firm. Her expertise includes leading cross-functional projects including divestitures and acquisitions, operations strategy and planning, process reengineering, human capital assessment, organization design, and metrics development.
McFadden will consult in the areas of HR strategy and transformation, change and readiness, and talent management.
She received her bachelor's degree from Hunter College (NY); a Master Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University, and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, National Organization for Women, National Association for Female Executives, and Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.
