Lore International Institute announces online talent development system

As streamlined alternative to larger enterprise systems

Lore International Institute is introducing today a new Web-based talent development system to provide clients a better option to manage and develop their talent. The empPowerô system leverages Loreís vast professional development resources to provide an alternative to todayís costly and time-consuming systems.



The empPowerô tools allow companies to easily put their HR forms online; a competency library provides a central repository for core competencies; a data mine allows powerful search capability to help fill positions quickly; and an integrated Assessment Center allows delivery and management of 360 surveys and Leadership Talent Reviews.

With the empPowerô application, Lore provides a unique end-to-end solution to talent development that takes an organization through competency identification and alignment, assessment, gap analysis, executive coaching, and education.

The Web-based application was created in response to requests from Fortune 500 organizations that had implemented Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, yet were dissatisfied with or neglected to implement the talent management components of these systems. High cost, lengthy implementation times, and lack of flexibility were all factors in compelling these companies to look for a better solution.
