Konica Minolta has chosen Monster UK to provide a recruitment process that will cater to the needs of all branches of the company. Having previously used a number of systems primarily provided by local external recruitment agencies they have now streamlined the process to increase efficiencies, control costs and improve results. Monster UK was chosen after Konica Minolta made the decision to go online through a selection process involving the review of a range of companies who could offer recruitment services.
