The Human Capital Institute (HCI), an international non-profit think tank and educator in talent management strategies, recently announced the expansion of its Executive Team. Joining HCI are: Usha Dasari, Senior Director of Research; Stephen LaMotta, Vice President, Development and Alliances; Andrea Miller, Vice President, Marketing and Communications; and Dodi Perkins, Vice President, Network Development.

Usha Dasari is a doctoral candidate in International Business and Marketing, as well as a teacher, analyst and author with extensive experience in human capital issues. Usha has an MBA as well as a Masters in Human Resources Management, and serves as an adjunct faculty member with Worcester College, Franklin Pierce and the School of Business at Southern New Hampshire University.
Stephen LaMotta, SPHR, CCFC, comes to HCI from HRSmart, where he served as Vice President, Professional Services, responsible for business development, consulting and alliances.
Andrea Miller has served as a marketing and communications executive at Telcordia Technologies, PrimeCo PCS, and Ameritech.
Dodi Perkins comes to HCI from Monster and TMP Worldwide, where she was Vice President, Business Development, responsible for partner and alliance relationships.
