Top of the league for the third month running is Thurrock, with a MorseMark of 9.433. For the second month running, this is the highest MorseMark score of any government site since SiteMorse began testing. Most improved in July is North Warwickshire BCís site at North Warks., which leaps up an incredible 378 places, just missing the top ten and scoring a MorseMark of 8.234, up from 2.06 recorded in June. The top ten sites recorded a combined MorseMark of 87.154, up from 85.607 in June.
High climbers
Ashford moves up 277 places to 167.
Corby moves up 230 places to 162.
City of London moves up 208 places to 247.
Errors & Warnings
Seven sites were error free during the July testing period, with the highest number of error occurrences (10430) recorded by Redditch. Aylesburyvale and Essex CC both reported zero warnings with Leeds recording the most (138,899).
July Central Government Summary
The Child Support Agency has been replaced at the top of the central government league table by healthcarecommission.org, which improves on its last months MorseMark score by recording 8.39. Moving up 13 places to 10 is The Pension Service. The e-GIF Accreditation Authority site, which is operated by the National Computing Centre, moves up 15 places to 14 overall, and has recorded the least amount of errors (3) and warnings (5), the fastest response time and passes automated (A) tests for accessibility. The top ten central government sites recorded a combined MorseMark of 68.589, up slightly on last monthís score of 68.409. This compares with Local government top ten combined score of 87.154.
At the bottom
The Department of Trade and Industryís site at dti is replaced at the foot of the table by Work Train. The Ministry of Defence site moves out of the bottom ten and up to 55, while the DCMS site falls 9 places into the bottom ten at 70. The bottom ten sites scored a combined MorseMark of 16.077, up slightly from 15.363 recorded last month. In the local government table, the bottom ten combined MorseMark score is 2.567.
