Joe Pulichino Joins Human Capital Institute as VP Education & Corporate Membership

Dr. Joe Pulichino has joined the Human Capital Institute (HCI) as vice president of Education and Corporate Membership

Dr. Joe Pulichino has joined the Human Capital Institute (HCI) as vice president of Education and Corporate Membership, according to Michael Foster, HCI's chairman and chief executive officer.

Dr. Pulichino is a veteran of the professional and organization development industry. Over the past 30 years, he has held executive-level positions in education and development at several organizations, including Global Knowledge Network, EduPoint, Sybase, and Wang Labs. Most recently, he served as vice president of Marketing at WBT Systems, director of Research at the eLearning Guild, and principal consultant at the Athena Learning Group.

The Human Capital Institute is pleased to have Joe Pulichino to lead our efforts in a very critical area, said HCI's Foster. His commitment to innovation in learning and organizational development is essential to creating competitive advantage in the Talent economy, and we know his experience, skills, and professional acumen will be invaluable for our membership.

Pulichino began his career in education as an instructor at Rutgers University before moving to the corporate sector where he has been designing, developing, and delivering a wide range of professional development programs ever since. He received his Ed.D. in Education Technology from Pepperdine University.
