Jobboard Finder improves its current database using SimilarWeb, a web analytics, data mining and business intelligence company.
Jobboard Finder, the world’s largest job board encyclopedia that currently gathers 883 employment websites across 163 countries is now using SimilarWeb to improve its database.
For every job site registered on Jobboard Finder, there is a profile gathering overall information about the job board such as specialties, positioning, marketing activities etc. along with more detailed data such as audience figures, number of job ads, rates card…
Since its launch in May 2014, Jobboard Finder’s top priority has always been to provide relevant and reliable information, especially when it comes to audience figures – number of visitors and page views. For that reason, Jobboard Finder decided to work with SimilarWeb and allow users to compare audience figures from different job board partners on an equal basis.
Starting from October 29, 2015, all the job board profiles will be automatically updated with data provided by SimilarWeb. Along with the audience figures, the traffic origin and ranking of each job board in its own country within the Jobs & Employment category will be included.
Jobboard Finder also encourages every job board partner to get a recognized organization to certify their traffic figures so additional information and elements can be provided for users to see and use for their comparison.
