(BVI), the countryís leading provider of employee benefit enrollment and communication services using a unique ìtele-enrollment process to provide individualized core and voluntary benefit enrollment with no work interruption, is pleased to announce the appointment of Irv Yacht as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Yachtís role at BenefitVision will be to focus on the companyís budgeting and financial planning processes, as well as working with the enrollment and IT departments to maximize cost efficiencies. He will report directly to BenefitVisionís President, Ron Kleiman.
Mr. Yacht is a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of experience in financial and operational management. He is a nationally recognized expert in the development of financial and computer systems for retail, wholesale, service and distribution companies. His approach to problem solving and systems development is more practical than theoretical.
Mr. Yacht previously held senior management positions with several publicly traded companies, including the position of VP of Cash Management and Taxes at Charming Shoppes, Inc. and VP-CFO at Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse, Inc.
Mr. Yacht is a member of the American Institute and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and has served on the Committee for State Taxation. Mr. Yacht has also served on a number of charitable boards and most recently was on the board of the Palm Beach County Crones and Colitis Foundation. He received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from LaSalle University and has taken numerous postgraduate courses.
