IQNavigator, the leading provider of non-employee workforce management solutions to Global 2000 companies, has announced enhancements to its VMS (Vendor Management System) technology including a new analytics and reporting tool, a Value-Added Tax override and the addition of Multi Login capabilities. These enhancements deliver added visibility into the management of procurement processes and help enterprises make more informed decisions to better manage contingent labour.
“The use of non-employee labour continues to grow rapidly as companies rely more heavily on temporary workers, contractors, freelancers and other contingent labour to quickly adjust their workforce and cost structure in response to changing market conditions,” said Sherri Hammons, CTO of IQNavigator. “To keep pace with these shifts, global businesses need technology that helps them manage this fragmented talent supply chain.”
Following are highlights of the functionality IQNavigator has added.
Dynamic data visualisation
IQNavigator’s new analytics functionality allows for increased awareness of data through visualisation. The addition of graphing and charting capabilities and dynamic reporting enables users to see their data more easily and more quickly. The ability to see how fast a budget is being consumed, for example, provides new levels of interactivity, which leads to better informed, more empowered decision making. The data analysis and reporting system now allows organisations to design views and explore data using pre-defined data sets. With this new functionality, users will be able to create and save interactive report views and dashboards in an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
Increased configurability and flexibility
A new Value Added Tax (VAT) feature will allow suppliers to override the VAT percentage applied to their project agreement payment requests. During payment request creation, suppliers can currently view the estimated VAT percentage and amount that will be applied to the project agreement payment request. With this new release, suppliers will be able to override the default VAT percentage and enter in a percentage of their own, allowing for increased configurability.
To reduce the number of accounts users log into on a daily basis, IQNavigator has added a new user role called MSP User Account. Accounts can be assigned to multiple buyer organisations and can span across multiple managing firms. This allows the MSP User Account to report and transact across multiple assigned organisations from a single account without the need to log in and out of separate organisations.
“By adding features and increasing the functionality of our VMS technology to allow for deeper, more dynamic analytic functionality and additional configurability, our enterprise customers are able to better compete in this evolving global workforce,” added Hammons. “These enhancements affirm IQNavigator’s well-earned reputation for delivering innovations that help our customers manage their workforces more effectively and efficiently.”
