IKM, a provider of online employee and candidate knowledge measurement solutions and services, today announced the addition of new tests to its library as well as a more powerful administrative system.
Already at the cutting edge with its adaptive assessment methodology and offering more than 650 tests, these enhancements magnify IKMís position as a superior provider of employment tests for hiring, training, certification and workforce planning.
Known worldwide for its flagship IT assessment IKM TeckChekTM, new tests titles include Windows Server Administration, Data Warehousing, PG/IV ILE Programming, MS Project, Citrix Presentation Server 4 Administration, Microsoft Exchange Server Administration, PC Technical Support, MS Word 2007, ITIL Service Management, Coldfusion MX and MS Sharepoint Server.
Additionally, the test administrative system now includes several enhancements that reduces scheduling time and improves usability.
eReporting has been added to automate the emailing of test results to one or more email addresses, so that all the relevant people can be instantly informed of a test-takerís performance. Not only providing convenience, eReporting significantly speeds up the decision making process.
Tests can also be easily rescheduled with a click of a button, eliminating the need for administrators to re-enter details.
Administrators can now enter special instructions to a test-taker via the test-notification email and on the test-landing page. This allows for unique testing needs to be addressed.
And finally, to ensure that IKM continues to anticipate and respond to market test requirements, a new option to request a new assessment title that is presently unavailable has been added.
ìWe are pleased to deliver the latest product enhancements to provide our clients with greater usability as well as to offer more tests for our clients to choose from,î said Ken Strauss, COO, IKM.
