Human Capital Institute and TMP Worldwide Announce Agreement

.

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, one of the largest recruitment advertising agencies in North America, announced today that TMP Worldwide will support HCI initiatives as a global underwriter, helping bring the latest human capital education, metrics, and tools to leading corporations.

Together with HCI, TMP Worldwide is currently sponsoring Leadership in Action: Your Role in Creating a Great Place to Work, an executive seminar featuring Hal Adler of the Great Place to Work Institute that’s being offered in key cities throughout the United States.

Also featured are TMP Worldwide’s Dr. David Kippen, VP of Global Brand Strategy, and Rob O’Keefe, VP of Brand Strategy. Kippen and O’Keefe, renowned experts on employment brand research, strategy and realization, will focus on the intersection of employment brand development and Best Places to Work as a key business driver/strategy.

TMP Worldwide was also a Diamond sponsor of the Human Capital Institute’s inaugural National Human Capital Summit.

We’re pleased to enter into an agreement with TMP Worldwide, a leader in talent recruitment, said Allan Schweyer, HCI’s President and Executive Director. Our alliance with TMP allows us to share important resources with even more organizations than we currently reach.

As a result of the agreement, HCI will provide corporate membership, with associated education, resources and tool sets, to TMP’s employee base and to selected TMP client companies.

In addition, HCI will promote TMP Worldwide’s services to its own members and affiliates as a way to improve and manage talent.

We’re pleased to support the Human Capital Institute’s initiatives, said Michelle Abbey, President, TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications. We look forward to working with HCI to enhance the human capital discourse and bring more knowledge, ideas and tools to the Human Resources community.
