HR Services Inc, provider of applicant tracking software, is proud to announce that Melisa Zachrich, Product Usability Manager for the myStaffingPro product line, has received certification in the Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) program.
Human Factors International is an innovative program that validates a usability practitionerÇs expertise in user-centered design. To receive the certification, Zachrich attended four courses and passed an examination to demonstrate her mastery of the fundamental principles of user-centered design.
Zachrich, joined HR Services Inc. in 2002 as an application developer, providing custom programming services for customers. Since joining the company, Zachrich has been promoted to Product Usability Manager, with the primary responsibility of testing myStaffingPro against the usability standards.

Prior to her start at HR Services, Zachrich worked as a web developer and technical trainer at Hancor, Inc. in Findlay, Ohio.
