HireDesk Announces Strategic Relationship with Seyfarth Shaw

HireDesk have announced a strategic business relationship with one of North Americaís largest labour and employment law firms

Vancouver, B.C. - HireDeskô, a provider of employee recruiting, assessment and hiring solutions, have announced a strategic business relationship with Seyfarth Shaw, one of North Americaís largest labor and employment law firms; and a leader in helping clients to strengthen their human resources capabilities, while reducing legal risk. The two companies, along with the Human Capital Institute, will be conducting a free Web seminar on November 18 at 1:00 pm EST entitled ëQuality of Hire: Reducing the Risk of Employment Litigationí. Under the relationship, HireDesk will partner with Seyfarth Shaw attorneys in providing hiring process audits and best practices implementations for HireDesk clients. The result: a strong legal compliance and risk reduction capability for users of HireDesk candidate recruiting, screening, selection, and retention solutions. Under the agreement, the skills of Seyfarth Shaw employment counsel will accompany every implementation of the HireDesk HireQualityô solution for corporate HR departments.

The relationship also involves HireDesk bringing to clients the skills of Seyfarth Shaw at Work, the Seyfarth Shaw subsidiary delivering both leader-led and e-Learning solutions in equal employment opportunity compliance, affirmative action planning, effective interviewing skills, effective use of performance management systems, workforce diversity, and related topics. Taught by Seyfarth Shaw at Work attorneys, and supported by the firmís Learning Management System, the courses have been acclaimed for their practical, entertaining, and cost-effective formats.
