Abintegro, the online career-building website, announces that it has successfully launched a higher education tool-set designed to improve graduate employability, and has signed a contract with Regentís College London which will see students using the tool-set to build CVs and personal development plans (PDPs).

- Capturing and articulating their achievements around skills and capabilities considered to be most important by employers when recruiting graduates;
- Having achievements endorsed or validated by the Higher Education Institutionís careers service, its academics or by employers. This means that internship, volunteering or other work experience can be clearly documented and evidenced.
The Grow Planô enables students to build a personal development plan by capturing and tracking goals structured around skills and capabilities. Objectives or learning outcomes can also be pre-populated by the Higher Education Institution, which can then be worked on by the students and their progress recorded.
