A new marketing campaign has been designed to promote The Guardian Jobs, the Guardianís online recruitment site at www.Guardian.co.uk/jobs. A series of quirky illustrations, around the theme of ërevealingí the mechanics behind the job-seeking process, will highlight the services which Guardian Jobs can provide to make job-hunting easy, including: fresh jobs daily, e-mail alerts, career advice and the jobmatch service.
The two-week promotional campaign will appear in paper and online.
Banner advertisements will appear on the home page of Guardian Unlimited and for the first time the site will feature an expandable banner advertisement. For one day only, Monday 10 January, the entire home page will reveal the new creative each time a user places their mouse on the banner advertisement. The same expandable banner will appear subsequently on the front page of the Jobs site for two weeks.
Illustrated covers will be wrapped around the Guardianís media, education, society and Jobs and Money supplements from Monday 10 January.
The marketing creative was designed by Tribal DDB, and illustrator and Guardian cartoonist Tom Gauld.
