The software, provided by Talent on View, is being used to provide a remote interview function as well as having the ability for a candidate to respond to a job posting with a video and CV upload facility.

The remote video interviewing functionality enables them to send out a link to a candidate asking them to answer a series of questions set by the consultant – this is proving to be invaluable as a time saver as well as helping to keep costs down. Clients can then view the candidate videos and leave comments on each one for the consultant. The software also allows the company to market its services to potential and existing clients through the use of video, which is an additional value added benefit.
