Gazprom Marketing and Trading (GM&T), a leading global energy marketing and trading company, has adopted Lumesse TalentLink to help expand its global workforce and attract high quality, specialist talent. GM&T, which last year recruited for 220 unique roles, says the adoption of the Lumesse solution will help streamline its hiring process, monitor the effectiveness of its recruitment partners and advertising activities, and support future growth.
The implementation of Lumesse TalentLink has also enabled GM&T to enhance the candidate experience. Having a centralised database of applications gives the resourcing team greater visibility of potential recruits and improves candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

Not only does the company receive a high number of speculative applications, its search for candidates with niche technical skills means keeping track of talent for future positions. Last year GM&T processed 4,500 graduate applications through the talent acquisition solution and it aims to increase this figure in 2012.
