Full Potential Group (FPG) Wins Preferred Supplier Agreement With Panasonic

Executive Coaching Across Europe

Full Potential Group (FPG) (www.fullpotentialgroup.com) , one of Europeís longest-established and leading executive coaching and people development specialists, today announced that it has signed a preferred supplier agreement with consumer electronics giant, Panasonic Europe, to provide executive coaching programmes to the companyís senior management across Europe.

The agreement will see FPG work with Panasonic managers across the companyís 43 European business units in 15 countries to provide customised coaching programmes to help enhance senior managersí personal leadership and potential.

Business units that will be offered coaching, include Panasonicís European headquarters in the UK, Germany and Belgium, as well as sales, manufacturing and research & development units across Europe. FPG services will include face-to-face coaching, telephone coaching or a combination of both ñ all tailored to suit the needs of each manager.

The coaching will be part of Panasonicís executive development process and will support the Personal Leadership modules of the companyís wider Leadership Development Programme.

The FPG executive coaching programme is designed to help Panasonic managers become more confident, competent and pro-active leaders; enhance their own self-awareness, personal effectiveness and performance; recognise their and othersí contributions to the organisation; extend their range of interpersonal skills to get the best from their interactions with others; be more active role models for living and working at their highest potential; and to operate increasingly and consistently as inspirational leaders.

FPGís Founder and Managing Director, Carole Gaskell, commented: Coaching can have a dramatic impact on an organisationís culture, people and bottom-line and we are delighted to be bringing these benefits to Panasonic. When successfully woven within the fabric of an organisation, coaching can accelerate talent development and improve retention, help create a proactive, innovative culture where people can excel and lead to competitive advantage. Full Potential Group looks forward to working with Panasonic to show how coaching can act as a real catalyst for long-term behavioural change and how it can create a high-performance culture.

Phil Cox, Panasonic Europe Manager - Pan-European Human Resources, said: The professional and personal development of our staff is central to Panasonicís business strategy and we are delighted to introduce executive coaching among our senior employees. The immediacy and personalised nature of coaching and the ability for Full Potential Group to customise the approach for every individualís specific needs will, I am sure, enhance our leadership capabilities and help complement our other training programmes.
