Using a short automated questionnaire after the end of all online support calls, First Choice is able to determine whether users of RDB Pro ñ its highly successful and popular front office recruitment software solution ñ are happy with the support service that has been provided and as a result tackle any potential issues quickly and efficiently.
The results for Augustís survey showed that a massive 99.7 per cent of the 268 calls received were answered and dealt with satisfactorily and demonstrated that First Choiceís support team is providing customers with accurate and first-rate assistance. Since the survey began in July, the figures have shown a consistently high level of satisfaction, with the average of 98 per cent of customers receiving good to excellent support. This endeavour to quantify user satisfaction is testament to First Choiceís commitment to its software users and to the continual improvement of the service provided.
